The figure below left is based on your report and  represents your Johari window as it looks
   now. The quadrants can change size over time - and because they are interdependent, changing
   the size of one quadrant will also change the size of others



                                            Following is a short list of probable approaches for "Openness to
                                            feedback.".  The  list  is  not  exhaustive.  Observe  your  behavior  and
                                            notice how you usually respond when you receive feedback
