                                                                                 Low
                                                                                               High
Your score indicates that you have a split style of Cognition. An individual is considered to have a split style
when there is a equal degree of Factual and Feelings orientation present. People with split style exhibit each seperate
dimension in completely different settings, using only one style at a time based on the nature of their tasks or their
work groups. In other words, they consciously respond to problem solving and learning situations by selecting
          appropriate style.
Efforts to switch from one style to another are often conscious, deliberate and sometimes with strenous. Though
your scores indicate a “Split Style” they fall into a predominantly “Systematic Zone”. This indicates that
though you display a split style of decision making, your most preffered style of decision making has a dominant
“Factual Orientations” and a “Structured approach”

This can be interpreted as indicating that though you switch your decision making style as required by the situation,
you display a strong preference for relying on well defined, structured approach when solving a problem. While this
approach will work in certain situations, for some situations where too much or too little data is available or where
the quality of data is ambigous, you may need to connect the dots by ideating and visualizing the missing links. You
may consider developing your imagination, ideation and visualization skills and consciously build them into your
thinking habits to help you deal better in situations which do not support a structured approach.
